Frightful Meeting

She frowned and threw it back at him.

"I'll survive." she said and put her bowl down. "I'll simply eat in portions"

He shrugged and put the extra box back into his pack. She'd at least had something to eat, so it didn't really matter to him anyway.
"Suit yourself."

She nodded and walked over to the makeshift bed and laid down once more. She sighed lettering herself really be vulnerable for once by relaxing. She relished a short moment of relaxation that this gave her.

"I'm exhausted" she yawned.

"Sleep then." he called over to her. He had yet to finish eating, as he'd been distracted by her whole dinner fiasco.

She hadn't realized she was being loud, but no matter. As soon as her eyes fluttered closed, she was out like a light.

"Hn." he watched her for a moment before turning back to finish his supper. He, too, was tired, but he could hold it off for a while if he needed to.

She had not slept in a while, so in her unconscious state, it was as if her body was finally being able to truly rest. She snuggled closer towards the sleeping bag because of the night breeze running through their camp. Her subconscious had also long forgotten about her being in her capturers grasp.

Sasuke had spent some time staring into the fire, simply thinking, when a great yawn shook him from his thoughts. He got up, stretching, and made his way over to his own side of the sleeping bag, laying down with a sigh and falling asleep almost instantly.

Warmth. That's the first thing that her body told her once he had laid beside her. Her instincts were in total control as she had rolled over to seek his warmth. As she laid her head over his chest did she finally no longer feel the night breeze.

Only his subconscious registered the fact that there was now a warm pressure on his chest. It was comforting however, and he stirred slightly, bringing his arms up to pull that warm thing closer.

It had been a long time since she had been held, and if she were to be awake then it'd count as the first time that she'd allow a person of the opposite sex to touch her in such an intimate way. But for the meantime she'd hold on tighter and snuggled closer.

Sasuke was not was and had never been a person who was fond of human contact, but his sleeping self didn't seem to register this fact. He held the unknown source of warmth close to his chest all night, never once realizing consciously what had happened.

A rip was heard from her water strands. Immediately after, her eyes opened wide and turned to face the direction of the noise.

Who are you? she thought to herself as she faced the place where the string was ripped.

Her shoulder's sagged as soon as she saw that it was a tortoise. She decided that now that she was awake, she'd get ready for the day, she could take her sweet time too, considering the day was young.

The moment she tried to get up was the moment that she realized the position she was in. As she looked down she came face to face with her capture. Her cheeks turned red at the compromising position, and she tried to wiggle her way free.

Disturbed both by the commotion Mizu was causing and the sound of the strand breaking, Sasuke also awoke. Though a bit disoriented at first, he soon noticed just where the heat had come from throughout the night and shoved Mizu away as though she'd stung him.

She cried out in surprise as she rolled off of the makeshift bed. As she sat up once more, she moved her hair that was covering her face and she glared at him, cheeks red with embarrassment and anger.

"What the hell is wrong with you?!"

"Me?" he snapped. "You're the one who was on top of me!"
He got up and prowled over to his bag, moodily digging through it in search of a change of clothes.

She huffed and got up dusting herself off.

"Excuse me, but you were practically squishing me to you! You were clinging to me damn it, I was trapped!"

"Tch." he scoffed glaring at her over his shoulder.
"It never would have happened if you hadn't rolled onto me in the first place; how the hell am I supposed to know what I'm doing when I sleep?"

She rolled her eyes in return.

"Just like you said, 'how the hell am I supposed to know what I'm doing when I sleep'" she replied mocking him.

She tied her hair and and walked towards her bag.

"You just need to head to a brothel that's what you need to do, so you can stop groping me in your sleep" she murmured loud enough for him to hear.

He swore under his breath but didn't say anything aloud, even though he had a rather nasty comment in mind. He hoped that she'd behave herself today, he wasn't really in the mood to deal with her sass.

She huffed and picked her clothes and began to walk away not even wanting to deal with him.

"Not going to help clean up then?" he called after her angrily, kicking dirt in their fire pit.

She turned to face him and simply raised a smile.

"No" she said simply and walked away. "I'm going to take a shower."

He gritted his teeth and turned around to glare at her.
"Oh, you think so, do you?" he snarled.

She smirked, and kept walking not wanting to look at what could possibly be a deadly gaze.

"Yes" she said. "Later Uchiha"
