Frightful Meeting

"Hn. I thought it was fitting." he muttered, walking up to where she stood.
"Shall we continue?"

She let out a tiny smile at his comment.

"I guess...it's better than Kiri" she said. "Fine I forgive you, now come on, I'm starving"

Wanting to hurry, she grabbed his hand and ran towards the hill wanting to reach the village.

He was alright with the idea of hurrying to reach the village - he was getting a bit hungry too - though he could have done without being led there by the hand. He shook her off lightly once they reached the gate.

She rolled her eyes at him shaking her off, but she didn't care, they found the village and she was hungry.

"So...what are you buying me?" she said smiling.

He glanced over at her and smirked slightly.
"Heh, aren't you able to buy food for yourself, Hime?"

She pouted at his comment and her cheeks turned red in embarrassment.

"You didn't give me time to grab money when you kidnapped me!" she yelled out.

He rolled his eyes and sighed.
"You could have done what most people do, and keep your money on your person."

She raised her brow at his comment.

"I was in sleeping clothes, just where would I keep my money?" she asked hands on her hips.

"Money pouch? They make ones you can strap to your upper arm or leg you know." he shrugged.

She glared.

"Oh yes because I think I am going to get kidnapped honestly...." she huffed. "Just...please?"

She asked and touched his arm softly.

"I'm hungry, aren't you supposed to feed a hime?"

He sighed over dramatically and shook himself free of her hand.
"Alright... since you begged me..."

She let out a thousand watt smile and cheered.

"Good I'm dying to eat some chicken" she said and walked around of him, earning a new amount of energy seeing as they were going to be fed.

"What do you want?" she said.

"Haven't decided yet." he muttered, looking around as they walked for a food stand or restaurant. He'd have to keep in mind that a promise of food improved her mood.

She stopped at the first stand and clasped her hands in joy that she saw chicken on a stick with steamed rice calling her over.

The old woman at the stand saw her and began to talk to her.

"What would you like dear?" she asked.

Mizu smiled softly.

"Oh Sasuke, can I please have some of that?"

It looked so delicious and mouthwatering, she felt her stomach grumble. The old woman laughed and looked over at Sasuke.

"What would you like to order young man?"

He nodded to Mizu and glanced over the food selection himself.
"Two of those for me." he said finally gesturing to a selection of wrapped rice balls containing tomato.

She clapped her hands happily and added:

"Oh and one of those for me too" she cooed.

The old lady laughed at how excited the girl was, and how drone the boy was.

"Very good then, that'll be 12 ryo please"

He rolled his eyes as their food was packaged, then pulled out the money the woman had asked for.
"Let's go find a place to sit." he said, the small box with his food in hand.

She thanked the lady and grabbed her bowl happily, especially seeing the lady had given her extra rolls with vibrant red.

"Okay" she said and followed him.
